I saw the Princess Bride film back in the 80s when it first came out. Yes, I am dating myself. I still love it and when I wanted to play a silly fun game, I saw the reviews for this and went ahead and purchased it.
Very basic point and click and dragging items around. The intermittent scenes are nice and it's cool to hear some of the original actors recite their lines for this game.
Nice clean fun!

I get to the first scene where Westley must give Buttercup a carrot and collect 2 carrots for himself. The game doesn't even give me enough time to do so! I was only able to do it once, and then the window popped saying I ran out of time and to try again. How does anyone else get past this scene?

This is a great game for casual gamers. I bought this game for my little niece and she loves it! I bought this because I loved The Princess Bride movie when I was younger, and the game definitely stays true to it. There are really five games in one, and some are better than others. Also, I wish there were more levels, but I still think it's worth the money. Great graphics, too. I didn't have any problems like the other guy who reviewed this.
