Start out by entering the vital stats of your company, such the organization's name, address, Web page, logo, etc. After completing this stage choose from several different kinds of handbook styles, then move on to choosing the content for your handbook. You can select from lists of policies in such employee handbook categories as Introduction, Employment, Employment Status & Records, Employee Benefit Programs, Timekeeping/Payroll, and others. You can also customize categories based on any material Policies Now might not include.

It is important to note that Policies Now content is written based on California state laws. While most other state laws are similar, it can't be guaranteed that they're the same. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that their final policies comply with their states laws.
